Aretha Franklin Remaining Farewell Capped Off … With ‘Superb Grace’

Aretha Franklin‘s star-studded funeral is wrapping up in Detroit, and Jennifer Hudson gave an incredible rendition of “Superb Grace” to present the “Queen of Soul” a remaining, becoming send-off.

Aretha’s “Celebration of Life” is happening on the Better Grace Temple, and can wrap up every week of occasions honoring her. The funeral service can be highlighted by performances by Stevie MarvelReligion Hill, Hudson, Pastor Shirley Caesar, The Clark Sisters and the not too long ago added Ariana Grande.

Franklin’s funeral comes on the heels of her unforgettable memorial live performance Thursday, dubbed “A Individuals’s Tribute to the Queen.” 

Earlier this week … a 2-day, open-casket public viewing was held this Tuesday and Wednesday on the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American Historical past, which drew traces across the block.

Aretha died August 16 from pancreatic most cancers. She was 76.
