No charges in death of Toronto girl, 3, at Pinery Provincial Park

    The Ontario Provincial Police won’t lay charges in the death of a 3-year-old Toronto woman after she was struck by a pickup truck in Pinery Provincial Park. 

    Police stated she was hit when the automobile made a U-turn on Lakeshore Street in Bosanquet Township, northeast of Sarnia Saturday at about 5:30 p.m. 

    She later died in hospital. 

    The motive force was a 39-year-old man from East York. The OPP wouldn’t verify whether or not the driving force and the deceased had been associated. 

    The incident is extraordinarily traumatic for the household, additionally from East York, and police stated in order to help the grieving course of, the names of the sufferer and driver wouldn’t be launched.
